Vicki Berger admits she's in Trouble
Vicki Berger goes straight to her friends and asks the beer and wine lobby to spend $10,400 on a poll to tell her how she's doing in her district.
From the Oregonian:
"In this particular year and with the blue tide in Oregon, I have to take this very seriously," Berger told [Jeff Mapes] Wednesday.
After all, the voter registration in her district has shifted from a Republican to a Democratic plurality and she faces an energetic opponent, Richard Riggs, a recently retired Navy officer who many political observers think has a real shot at the seat.
